INTELLIGEN's consulting team works together with clients to model and optimize specific manufacturing and environmental processes. Some areas of recent focus include optimization of a pharmaceutical plant operating in batch mode and revamping of a wastewater treatment plant to meet nutrient removal regulations.

INTELLIGEN also offers product customization services to better meet the needs of certain corporations. For example, some recent work has focused on enhancements of SuperPro Designer to improve modeling of food and detergent manufacturing operations and water pre-treatment processes.
