SuperPro Designer (Evaluation Version)
The evaluation version of SuperPro Designer allows you to open any example file and create and save flowsheets with up to two unit procedures. In other words, this version of SuperPro is
suitable for test-driving the application and developing a good sense of its capabilities.
Documentation: To download SuperPro's full manual (in pdf format), please
click here and choose the "Save" option
on the dialog that pops up. The posted zip file has a size of
5 MB.
The first part of Chapter 2 (the tutorial) includes a simple example that you
may go through with the Evaluation version. Please note that you need Acrobat
v6.0 or later for all the links to function properly. If you wish to print out
the manual, please click here
to download a single-file version of the full manual in PDF format.
STEP 1: Click here to download the installation file (File Name =
spdv75b10_EvalEd.zip, Size = 84 MB). Make sure you choose the "Save" option on the
dialog that pops up. Then unzip the download into a directory of your choice (e.g., C:\SPD_Installation_Image). That will generate a number of files in the SPD_Installation_Image directory.
Make sure you check the "Use folder names" option of WinZip before you unzip the
download to preserve the sub-directory structure. Also, make sure that the SPD_Installation_Image
directory is located at the top level of a drive (e.g., C:\ or D:\) and not on
the Desktop of the computer.
STEP 2: Run the installation script: SETUP.exe in the SPD_Installation_Image directory. That will install the software and create a program group in the Start Button.
If you are installing the application on a Vista or Windows 7 machine,
right-click on SETUP.exe and select "Run as administrator" instead of
double-clicking on SETUP.exe.
Please make sure you logon as an administrator before you run the installation script. Otherwise, the installation may not
be completed and as a result you may not be able to run the application.
SuperPro requires a PC with a Pentium II processor (800 MHz or faster), 512 MB

SchedulePro is
suitable for test-driving the application and developing a good sense of its capabilities.
Documentation: To download SchedulePro's full manual (in pdf format), please
click here and choose the "Save" option
on the dialog that pops up. The posted zip file has a size of

You must install the appropriate MDAC update ....", click here to download a set of files that will enable you to install the appropriate MDAC on your machine. Detailed instructions on the installation procedure can be found in the ReadMe file, which is a help-type of file, included in
