When the application is running, you can verify that you are running the latest build by selecting the Help / About... option from the main menu and note the numbers reported by the banner. They should match the numbers above.
To make sure that the installed files match the ones required by the latest build, please locate the application's installation directory that you chose during installation (see Selecting an Application Destination Folder). In this folder, there will be several files. The following 14 files are always updated with each release/build and they are stamped uniquely:

You can verify that you have installed the latest files by locating the folder with your Windows File Explorer, and then right-clicking over one of the above files and select "Properties". In the multi-tabbed dialog that appears you may have to switch to a different tab (e.g. "Details") in order to view the above properties of the file.
