New Installation
When installing the software for the first time on a target PC, you will need to download an installation packet.
- For the latest release, go to Download Table for Latest Release
- For an older release, go to Download Tables for Older Releases
Then, locate the edition of the software you own (first column in the download table) and download the installation packet for that edition.
Upgrading
If you are upgrading a current installation of the software, first download the script for the new release; then un-install your current version from your PC and then proceed to install the new release. If you don't know your current version numbers, see Before You Start to learn how to find them.

Then, locate the edition of the software you own (first column in the download table) and download the corresponding installation packet for that edition.
Please note that when before you execute an installation on a PC that is already running a previous release, you must uninstall the previous release first.
Downgrading
To replace a new version with an older one, you will need the full installation script of the older release. Please visit the Download Tables for Older Releases, locate your edition of the software (first column in the tables) and download the full installation for the version you want. Before you downgrade your software version, you must uninstall your current version as the older version's installation script will not run when a newer release is present. After the uninstall has successfully finished, proceed to install the older version.
License Renewal (for Dongle-Protected Licenses Only)
If you have a license that is time-limited, and need a USB dongle to run the software, then in order to extend the license for another term, you need to obtain from Intelligen, Inc. a password. Once you have acquired the password, you need to run the 'Intelligen Key Renewal' app. This application should have been installed when your original installation was executed. If you can't find the shortcut icon to run the application, look in the installation folder of your SuperPro Designer (defaults to "C:\Program Files(x86)\Intelligen\SuperPro Designer\v{MajorVerNo}"). If you can't find the program file for this app ("IntelligenKeyRenewal.exe") you can download it from here. After the "IntelligenKeyRenewal.exe" has been downloaded, please copy it in SuperPro's installation folder and start it. Then simply follow the instructions on the screen.
Transition to a Digital License
If you don't want to keep using a dongle while you run the software, you can convert your license to a digital license (for a small, nominal fee). Digital licenses use a license manager to protect your use of the software and they don't require a physical, hardware (dongle) be attached to your PC/laptop. Digital licenses come in two basic formats: (a) Fixed and (b) Floating. Fixed licenses can only be used by a dedicated user whereas a floating license can be shared amongst different users in your organization, even if they are not physically located in the same office.
